FAQ’s:

How do I have my child evaluated?

Considering every child’s needs are so different, the process of evaluation takes form in many different ways. In an effort to ensure the most comprehensive evaluation is performed, please contact our office staff. They are highly trained to answer you questions, acquire information about your son or daughter and consult with the therapists to determine the best course of action and most qualified provider for assessing your child’s needs.

Do you accept Insurance?

In the near future we hope to be accepting CPSE through Suffolk County. We also accept private pay. We do not work directly with insurance companies and are therefore considered Out-of-Network providers. However, occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy are often eligible for non-member reimbursement from insurance companies. Our office provides the required documentation and treatment codes for clients to seek reimbursement through their insurance companies, and we will help guide our families through this process.
